Why are you asking me to verify my age?

How does age verification work? Is it safe?

Go.cam, a trusted third-party age verification service, will ensure you are of legal age via a photo ID, selfie, or other method depending on local laws. This process occurs on your device, not on our servers. PinkLabel.tv and Go.cam are only told whether you are old enough to view our site. No other data is shared with us, or anyone else. Go.cam acts as a data-minimizing tool so we know as little about you as possible while still complying with your local laws.

Pink & White Productions has evaluated Go.cam’s privacy policy and open-source code and encourages you to, as well. We believe they provide the safest possible option for age verification.

Do you see my personal data, and do you store it?

The ONLY information we receive is that you are old enough to view our site. We do not see any of the data you used to prove your age; not even your exact age or birth date. Your data never leaves your device, and is deleted immediately.

After verifying your age and returning to our site, a token is stored in your browser that simply lets us know you passed age verification. This is only so you don’t have to verify your age again. If you go a very long time without visiting again, access the site from another device, or clear your browser data, you will have to verify your age again.

If you have an account: Please go directly to the login page. After signing in, you will not be asked to verify your age again.

If you do not have an account: We do not store data about your age in our system. After verifying your age, a token is stored in your browser that simply lets us know you passed age verification. If you access the site from another device or clear your browser data, you will have to verify your age again. This may also be true if utilizing Incognito Mode or some ad blockers, or if a significant amount of time passes between visits.

Isn’t my billing information enough? Can’t I just enter my age into a form? Why do you require this when other sites don’t?
