Scultura

Domina Mara

3 min. Directed by Domina Mara
Description:

The word “sculpture” is from the Latin root “sculptura” from sculpere “to carve.” Reality is a harsh environment where we need to constantly build thick skin and conform to what society deems is “acceptable.”

This film can be seen in the following two ways: The first being more generic and applies to the public as losing one’s individuality to become something they are not. As the Dominant, the Artista plays a defiant role, dusting off and chipping away at what She deems as useless programming that has hardened a man into stone. Through Her unique experience, he is able to animate back to life and return to the person he once used to be.

The second perspective can be seen as The Artista creating a masterpiece thru the eyes of a Dominant/submissive dynamic. Within the chaos of the default world, She is able to hold a safe space in which to design Her submissives to Her Perfection. Clad in chic black latex, She represents the yin to the yang of this submissive’s spirit, molding him by Her means and standards to become the best he can possibly exist to be. In return, he thanks Her for breathing new Purpose into his once bleak life.
