The queer porn revolution is missing a key element: an independent gay male/queer boy presence. Sure, there is plenty of gay male porn out there—a ton, in fact. But most of it is produced by the mainstream gay porn industry. It’s slick, formulaic, and not so queer. The queer porn scene is really dominated by female, dyke, genderqueer, transmasculine, FTM, and trans man directors, producers, performers, and films. Some of this porn includes man-on-man action of some kind. Besides T-wood Pictures (which is about a very specific kind of man-on-man action), there is nothing dedicated to guy/guy desire and pleasure that is community-based in the way that Pink & White Productions is. There is no gay male equivalent of CrashPad, GoodDykePorn, or Cyber-Dyke (hey, people ask me all the time to make a gay version of Chemistry).
