Winner of the 2014 Feminist Porn Awards’ honorable mention, “Something Better: Performers Talk about Feminism and Porn” presents candid interviews with a group of adult performers who talk about their work and their personal philosophies regarding sex, pornography and feminism. They discuss some of the problems of mainstream porn and offer insights into the appeal of feminist alternatives.
Directed by Ms. Naughty, “Something Better: Performers Talk About Feminism and Porn” features clips from Bright Desires’ individual post-scene interviews along with glimpses of their scenes. This mini-documentary offers a sex-positive platform for adult stars to discuss their work in their own words and gives insight into how adult performers feel about feminism and feminist porn.
