BRIEFS is the East Bay Express’ 3rd annual Erotic Shorts Film Competition showcasing works by amateur and professional filmmakers from around the world. The one night screening will explore the limits of erotic filmmaking in a liberating and entertaining format ideal for sex-positive film lovers of every gender and orientation.

2014 BRIEFS guest judges included Ru Paul Drag Race star Honey Mahogany, iconic queer porn star Jiz Lee, Kelly Vance /East Bay Express, Nenna Joiner (a PinkLabel Filmmaker) and Owner of Oakland’s Feelmore510 sex-positive store and gallery, and Mitchell Brothers Porn heiress Meta Jane Mitchell Johnson. Screening attendees can prepare to be delighted by returning host Jamie DeWolf from Tourettes Without Regrets, the divine tricksters of Fou Fou Ha and the Sexy & Fierce Contortionism of Dwoira Galilea from Vau De Vire Society. It screened February 13th, 2014 at the Grand Lake Theatre.  BRIEFS 2014 was sponsored in part by Good Vibrations, PinkLabel.tv, Indie Porn Revolution (TroubleFilms), the Oakland Underground Film Festival, and Stockroom.
