PorYes Awards honor feminist adult film artists

PinkLabel.tv is proud to sponsor the 2017 PorYes Awards in Berlin, Germany. The PorYes Awards were founded in 2009 by adult sexuality shop and salon Sexclusivitaten to celebrate adult film directors who exemplified strong feminist values in production and product. Past honored recipients include many PinkLabel.TV featured filmmakers, including Jennifer Lyon Bell of Blue Artichoke Films, Gala Vanting (of Sensate Films), Petra Joy, Annie Sprinkle, Jiz Lee, and PinkLabel.tv’s own creator, Shine Louise Houston of Pink and White Productions.

This year, the nominees are… queer artist María Llopis, Ms. Naughty (of Bright Desire), performer Bishop Black, producer/performer Sky Deep (of Enactone), sex educator Dorrie Lane, and Chanelle Gallant, who originated the Feminist Porn Awards at the Canadian sex toy shop Good For Her in 2005.

Events include a Meet-n-Greet on October 20th, the Awards Ceremony, Party, and Audience Award on October 21st, a panel on the 22nd, and a presentation at Humbult University on consent and diversity on the 23rd.
