Founded in 2009 by adult sexuality shop and salon Sexclusivitaten, the PorYes Awards celebrate adult film directors who exemplify strong feminist values in production and product.

Past honored recipients include many PinkLabel.TV featured filmmakers, including Jennifer Lyon Bell (Blue Artichoke Films), Gala Vanting (Sensate Films), Ms. Naughty (Bright Desire), performer Bishop Black, producer/performer Sky Deep (Enactone), and Chanelle Gallant (who originated the Feminist Porn Awards at Canadian sex toy shop Good For Her in 2005), Petra Joy, Annie Sprinkle, Jiz Lee, Nan Kinney of Fatale Media, Australian erotic filmmaker Anna Brownfield of Poison Apple Productions, performer Sadie Lune, Loree Erickson (watch her film WANT), and PinkLabel.tv’s own creator, Shine Louise Houston of Pink and White Productions.
